Recognizing the growing need for comprehensive, community-based support, we are excited to introduce our Outpatient Mental Health Clinic (OMHC) and Substance Use Disorder Program—a specialized service designed to empower individuals on their journey toward healing, independence, and well-being.

Referral Criteria
We welcome referrals for individuals who:
- Are experiencing mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or other psychiatric disorders.
- Require medication management or a psychiatric evaluation to determine treatment needs.
- Need therapy services for emotional, behavioral, or trauma-related concerns.
- Are struggling with substance use disorders, including alcohol or drug dependency, and need treatment support.
- Have difficulties with daily functioning, coping skills, or social interactions due to mental health challenges.
- Need relapse prevention support or an aftercare plan following inpatient treatment.
- Are children, adolescents, or adults in need of behavioral health services to support their development and well-being.
- Have been recommended for outpatient care by a primary care provider, school, social worker, case manager, or family member.
